Project Manager – Libya Project

About the role

We are launching a large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure project in Libya and need an experienced Project Manager to lead the effort from mobilisation through to completion. The role focuses on delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution in line with contractual requirements, managing cost, schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
• Administer contracts, handle correspondence, claims and change orders, and monitor contractual risks.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across construction, technical office, procurement, planning, QA/QC, HSE and design.
• Maintain effective communication with the employer, consultants and authorities; lead progress meetings and executive presentations.
• Oversee project budget, cash flow and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
• Report status to senior management, track KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 15–20 years of experience on large‑scale superstructure projects.
• At least 10 years in senior project management roles.
• Strong leadership and contract management experience; international project exposure preferred.
• Fluent English.
