Project & Solutions Manager

About the role

The Project & Solutions Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects for Artisans’ clients. Working from our Benghazi office in a hybrid setting, you will act as the bridge between client needs and the technical teams that build tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule and budget while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including developers, designers and consultants—to deliver high‑quality digital products.
• Engage with clients to gather business requirements, lead solution‑design workshops and prepare compelling proposals.
• Support presales activities, contribute to opportunity identification and assist sales in refining digital strategies.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Continuously improve internal processes and contribute to the agency’s knowledge base.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret client requirements and data.
• Experience in consulting and presales, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven project‑management expertise, including planning, prioritisation and risk mitigation.
• Sales orientation with a track record of supporting revenue growth.
• Background in digital agencies, technology or software‑development environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a multicultural, hybrid environment.
• Organisational and time‑management focus on delivering projects on scope, on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
