About the role

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for high‑volume, on‑camera and presenter roles, helping our international agency meet continuous hiring demand.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to placement.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast, high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably high‑volume.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and candidate‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
