About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor leads the front‑of‑house team to ensure every guest receives excellent service. You will coach junior staff, maintain high standards of hospitality, and foster strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Guide and support junior team members in their duties.
• Maintain and enforce company standards for cleanliness, quality, and service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to coordinate smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience leading junior hospitality staff.
• Relevant hospitality qualification or equivalent experience.
• Effective communicator with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong, proven problem‑solving abilities.
