Supply Chain Associate

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support the Libya Mission. Working under the supervision of the Supply Chain Officer and the Head of the Supply Chain unit, the associate will help implement procurement and logistics activities that enable humanitarian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing procurement and logistical needs for humanitarian projects.
• Organise and maintain procedures for procurement, supply, and contracting of goods, works, and services.
• Manage documentation, equipment upgrades, insurance, and customs clearance.
• Handle government paperwork, asset control, and related administrative tasks.
• Support the Supply Chain team with procurement requests and related follow‑up.

Required profile

• Eligible internal or external candidate as defined by IOM recruitment policy.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and collaborate with project managers.
