Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw web data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance and conversion optimisation. The role involves setting up tracking, analysing user behaviour, and delivering clear reports that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse web traffic, user behaviour and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
