Account Manager – Client Services & Project Delivery

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for CTG’s clients in Libya, overseeing end‑to‑end service delivery across assigned accounts. You will ensure that projects meet contractual terms, quality standards and financial targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial client engagements, define scope and align expectations with CTG’s service offering.
• Manage day‑to‑day project delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and consultant contract administration.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, forecast revenue and ensure project profitability.
• Produce and deliver monthly reports covering headcount, payroll, DSA amounts, consultant activities and financial status.
• Resolve client issues promptly, driving continuous improvement and high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with CTG policies, local labour laws and client requirements.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or client management within a services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project scope management, financial monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of local labour regulations and compliance requirements.
