About the role
Mozn, a leading Enterprise AI company, is looking for a Channel Sales Lead to drive partner‑led growth across the Levant and North Africa. You will own the end‑to‑end partner narrative, turning recruitment, enablement, activation, demand generation and pipeline into a repeatable, revenue‑generating motion.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and execute the Mozn.ai partner framework (Recruitment → Enablement → Activation → Capability → Demand Generation → Pipeline → Revenue).
- Drive greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement while leveraging partner ecosystems.
- Design and balance territory plans that combine direct selling with partner‑led opportunities.
- Build and maintain structured QBR processes to track pipeline, activation and ARR metrics.
- Serve as the regional commercial face of Mozn across enterprise, government and partner networks.
- Lead strategic enterprise sales together with partners and independently close direct opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, aligning revenue impact, speed‑to‑market and long‑term ecosystem health.
Required profile
- Commercially driven leader with a track record of building scalable channel sales motions.
- Experience managing high‑value partner relationships and driving partner‑led revenue.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments and align cross‑functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking to translate partner activities into measurable ARR.
- Proven capability to balance direct sales and partner activation in a regional context.
