Instrumentation & Automation Services Account Manager

About the role

RIDA Technical Services is seeking an Instrumentation & Automation Services Account Manager to join its Tripoli office. The role combines client relationship management with technical oversight of instrumentation and automation projects across the oil, gas, energy and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of instrumentation and automation services projects.
• Troubleshoot automation and instrumentation issues and monitor process controls.
• Perform system calibrations and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to guarantee safe, timely and quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Instrumentation or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in process control, troubleshooting, instrumentation and calibration.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance of technical systems.
• Strong communication and project management abilities to act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Experience in the oil, gas, energy or industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Commitment to safety, quality assurance and best practices.
