M&E and Research Field Manager – Libya

About the role

STOOS Consulting is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation and research activities across Libya. The role will support a range of assignments including assessments, baseline/endline studies, market analyses and humanitarian programme monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations for research, M&E and third‑party monitoring assignments.
• Manage data collection processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Supervise field teams, oversee logistics and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Handle access coordination and implement quality‑assurance procedures in the Libyan context.

Required profile

• Qualified professional with strong field coordination experience.
• Proven background in data collection management, team supervision and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with local stakeholders and manage access issues.
• Familiarity with the Libyan operational environment.
