Medical Representative & Sales Roles – Pharmaceutical

About the role

Alhadaf Medical Group is expanding its pharmaceutical team in Libya and seeks motivated professionals for various sales positions, including Medical Representative, Senior Medical Representative, Executive Medical Representative, District Manager, Marketing Supervisor, and Key Account Manager. Candidates should be passionate about healthcare and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in line with company policies and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize market opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide scientific product information.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing timely feedback to management.
• Participate in product launches, marketing campaigns, scientific meetings, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit activity and sales reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
• For senior positions, coach, guide, and lead team members to ensure effective territory performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Veterinary Medicine.
• Previous experience and training in the pharmaceutical industry (level depends on the position).
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
