Medical Representative & Senior Roles – Pharma Sales in Libya

About the role

Alhadaf Medical Group is expanding its pharmaceutical team in Libya and seeks motivated professionals for several sales and marketing positions. You will promote a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare providers, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products to physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics in line with ethical standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to capture market opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits, deliver scientific product information, and gather market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Participate in product launches, marketing campaigns, scientific meetings, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit timely activity and sales reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical) to support business objectives.
• For senior roles, coach and lead team members to ensure effective territory performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Veterinary Medicine.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (level depends on the specific position).
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
