Rental Sales Agent – Customer Service & Upselling

About the role

Join Sixt as a Rental Sales Agent in Benghazi, delivering exceptional customer service while guiding clients toward premium vehicle options and additional services. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and prepare rental agreements.
• Advise and up‑sell vehicles and optional extras based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent service in all customer interactions, both in‑person and via phone/email.
• Meet sales and service standards set by the branch.
• Handle administrative tasks, including daily lists and vehicle turnaround support.
• Assist with vehicle returns and branch operations as required.
• Perform additional duties to support business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience meeting sales quotas or working in commission‑based roles preferred.
• Ability to follow defined service and sales processes.
• Willingness to wear company uniforms and work shifts, including weekends.
• English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
