About the role
Academia is looking for a driven Sales Manager to build and lead its sales function from the ground up. You will shape the sales funnel, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured sales funnel and pipeline.
- Manage lead flow from Telegram, Facebook, Respond.io and other digital channels.
- Improve lead conversion rates, response times and follow‑up quality.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless processes.
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline movement and team performance.
- Develop sales scripts, reporting systems and process documentation.
- Support scaling of the sales function as the business grows.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital, education or service sectors.
- Strong understanding of lead management and conversion processes.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales channels.
- Highly organized with a process‑oriented mindset.
- Analytical, communicative and problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
