Training Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Training Officer to join Lamah Consulting & Training in Misurata. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives that support our employees’ growth and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify organisational training needs through analysis and stakeholder consultation.
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes and workshops.
• Prepare training materials, manuals and e‑learning content.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues and logistics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report on impact.
• Support employee professional development and career pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training and development or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to design, organise and implement effective training programmes.
