About the role
We are looking for an Instrumentation and Automation Sales Account Manager to join our team in Tripoli. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on managing client accounts within the oil, gas, energy and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while driving new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new sales leads in the instrumentation and automation market.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to align solutions with their technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored proposals.
- Track account activity and sales performance using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, lead generation and customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic on‑site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Knowledge of the oil, gas, energy or industrial sectors is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
