Sales Officer

About the role

Platinum Electronics is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to guide customers in Tripoli through the selection of PC builds, peripherals and accessories. The role combines technical knowledge with strong customer‑service skills to turn inquiries into sales and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their technical requirements and budget.
• Recommend and sell customized PC setups for gaming, work and design.
• Provide detailed information on components such as CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage and cooling solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through order completion.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
• Previous sales experience in computer hardware or electronics.
• Strong understanding of PC components and their applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
