International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for multilingual talent across Asia and Europe, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
• Advertise job openings on international platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet required qualifications.
• Organise and conduct initial interviews.
• Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement with the client.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling or sourcing.
• Experience with BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales representatives.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Proficiency in English and any additional languages.
