Pipe Fitter – Jet Fuel Distribution Project at Tripoli Airport

About the role

The Airport of Tripoli is undergoing a major refurbishment and requires a qualified Pipe Fitter to provide specialized technical assistance and oversight for the mechanical assembly and piping works of three jet‑fuel lines (20", 16" and 10") totaling approximately 650 m.

Key responsibilities

• Install, align and secure jet‑fuel pipelines of 20", 16" and 10" diameters.
• Provide on‑site technical supervision and quality control for all mechanical assembly activities.
• Interpret and follow project drawings, specifications and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of the 3‑month contract.
• Document work progress and report any deviations to the project manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pipe fitter on fuel‑distribution or similar industrial projects.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tripoli, Libya for a renewable 3‑month period.
• Availability to work 10 hours per day, six days a week.
• Valid certifications for pipe fitting and safety compliance.
