Production Engineer – Entry Level (Libya)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our team in Libya. The role focuses on maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery while identifying improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery to customers and support job delivery leads.
• Participate in risk analysis, continual‑improvement programs, and HSE initiatives.
• Assist design/technical engineers with technical programs and bid evaluations.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) and wellsite inspections.
• Lead service‑quality meetings with customers and implement action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or related engineering.
• Strong interest in production operations and service delivery.
• Basic understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to learn and grow in production engineering.
