CWI Field Engineer (Entry Level) – Libya

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level CWI Field Engineer to join our team in Libya. The role offers hands‑on experience in delivering safe and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers, while supporting field operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service delivery tasks ensuring accurate and timely job deliverables.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist design and technical engineers with technical programs and bid evaluations.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self‑assessments and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans.
• Participate in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and quality initiatives, wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.
• Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or related engineering.
• Strong interest in field operations and service delivery.
• Basic understanding of engineering processes, safety and compliance standards.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to learn and grow in field engineering.

Required skills

• Use of the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) for regulatory compliance.
• Conducting risk analysis for field jobs.
