About the role
Join a fast‑growing travel‑tech platform as a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative. You will work remotely, contacting homeowners to explore partnership opportunities and guide them through the early qualification process.
Key responsibilities
- Call homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Accurately record lead information in CRM systems.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
- Maintain detailed interaction logs and collaborate with the Sales Team for smooth handover.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage follow‑ups in a remote setting.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
