Senior Engineering Project Manager (PMO Lead)

About the role

We are scaling our construction and real‑estate portfolio in Tripoli and need a senior leader who can turn complexity into precision. This strategic position will shape how our engineering teams operate and drive excellence across every new site.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the Project Management Office from the ground up.
• Oversee multiple concurrent construction and real‑estate projects.
• Define and enforce standards for quality, scheduling, risk management and delivery.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team of engineers and site managers.
• Report directly to the General Manager with full visibility of the project portfolio.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in construction or real‑estate project management.
• 3+ years leading teams or a PMO function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP® certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English (non‑negotiable).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
