About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join Presto’s office in Tripoli. The role supports daily operations, coordinates with multiple departments, and ensures smooth workflow across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes and handle administrative correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate activities and information flow between internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Monitor office supplies and process administrative requests.
- Support meetings, events, and other administrative activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to multitask.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
