About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations of our office in Tripoli. You will work closely with multiple departments, providing essential support that helps the company achieve its strategic goals in the fitness and wellness equipment sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports, maintain confidential files and records.
- Organize appointments and meetings, draft agendas, and take minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Answer phone calls, handle electronic correspondence, and act as a professional point of contact.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, order items as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and collaborative attitude.
- Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.

What we offer

- Standard working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm.
