About the role

Alragad Group, a leading home‑appliances brand in Libya, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team in Tripoli. You will be responsible for creating and executing both organic and paid social media campaigns that strengthen the brand’s online presence and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
• Respond promptly to messages, comments and inquiries to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor ad performance, analyse results and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social campaigns with overall brand strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.
• Strong creativity and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
