Automotive Sales Specialist (Brand Promoter)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Automotive Sales Specialist to act as a Brand Promoter for our motor‑vehicle manufacturing business in Libya. The role involves increasing product visibility, engaging directly with retailers and service centres, and supporting sales growth through on‑site promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to retailers, garages, and automotive service centres according to assigned route plans.
• Promote and present company products using provided marketing and training materials.
• Educate customers on product features and assist them in selecting suitable solutions.
• Support promotional campaigns, brand activations, and retail marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and product seminars.
• Gather market feedback and report competitor activity and customer insights.
• Strengthen brand presence and ensure consistent product visibility in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key market stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (automotive background is an advantage).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work in field‑based, customer‑facing environments.
• Immediate availability preferred.
