Electrical Sales Engineer Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Engineer Executive to drive technical sales, manage tenders, and develop client relationships for electrical building‑materials solutions across Libya. The role focuses on delivering high‑value proposals and expanding market presence in both Benghazi and Tripoli.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a monthly sales activity plan aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings on a weekly basis, including pricing and technical specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government entities.
• Respond promptly to tender announcements, develop proposals, and present strategic approaches.
• Prepare professional sales offers and quotations for company products.
• Follow up on submitted offers and provide detailed reports on non‑accepted proposals.
• Generate daily visit reports and weekly comprehensive performance reports.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in the electrical field and related industries.
• Proven ability to work with contractors and government entities to develop business.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of electrical building‑materials solutions.
