B2B Sales Representative

About the role

The B2B Sales Representative develops and implements sales strategies to reach monthly and annual targets, manages relationships with existing corporate clients and identifies new business opportunities. The role involves negotiating and closing deals with companies, contractors and construction materials distributors, and includes field visits to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage relationships with existing corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with companies, contractors and construction materials distributors.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships and promote the brand.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from the product portfolio.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Technical Support to ensure good customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or paints.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs in the construction sector.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage several client accounts and organise appointments efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
