Entry-Level Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated entry‑level Production Engineer to join our team in Libya. The role supports the PSD team in delivering safe, efficient and reliable products and services, while gaining hands‑on experience in production engineering and service delivery optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver optimized technical job designs for the product line.
• Identify and apply new, cost‑effective techniques and value‑added services.
• Provide technical support throughout the service delivery process.
• Consult subject‑matter experts to optimise designs and adjust them based on job dimensions, resource availability or service incidents.
• Assist in incident response, recovery and investigation.
• Collaborate across product‑line operations to ensure optimal job designs.
• Support sales and commercial teams in evaluating technical viability and tenders.
• Analyse job execution versus design, capture lessons learned and propose optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of production operations, technical job design and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation to learn and grow in production engineering and service delivery.
