Food & Beverage Director

About the role

The Food & Beverage Director will be fully accountable for growing the Caffe Casa brand in Libya. This senior leader will guide the operations team, ensure brand standards are met across all locations, and drive market and sales expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations team to guarantee compliance with the brand’s identity, processes, and staff standards.
• Deliver measurable market and sales growth for the Caffe Casa business.
• Develop human capital resources to build successful management teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to explore new channels, formats, and product opportunities based on market trends.
• Oversee new store openings, including site location, evaluation, and launch activities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operational experience combined with strong coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of leading profitable multi‑site operations.
• Minimum 10 years of multi‑unit management experience in large or multiple markets, preferably within QSR, cafés, or casual dining.
• Experience with store openings and ad‑hoc projects such as catering or events is a plus.
• Ability to inspire brand values, manage diverse cultures, and work internationally.
