Full-Time Retail Key Holder

About the role

Thirdlove is seeking a full-time Key Holder to lead the front-line store experience. The role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening, closing and daily operations while mentoring the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts, leading team huddles and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
• Deliver a warm, personalized fitting and shopping experience in line with the Retail Excellence Protocol.
• Coach team members on selling language, product knowledge and service posture.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including POS reconciliation, security checks, restocking and store readiness.
• Support inventory tasks such as transfers, cycle counts and handling damaged merchandise.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, cleanliness and back-of-house organization.
• Identify and escalate guest issues, operational concerns or coaching moments to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fashion or apparel environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to model service behaviors.
• Excellent product knowledge and operational awareness.
• Ability to lead a team, manage schedules and ensure floor coverage.
