Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team on a contract basis. You will own the end‑to‑end paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximising return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research, craft compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and ensure data flows into Google Analytics 4.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve conversion rates and lower CPA.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple accounts to achieve maximum ROI.
• Produce clear, data‑driven performance reports on key metrics, traffic and revenue for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
