Graphic Designer – Media Office (Hybrid)

About the role

RBCS is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Media Office. The position is full‑time and hybrid, based in Benghazi, Libya, with occasional remote work. The designer will translate technical project information into visual stories for digital, print and public‑facing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital and print media.
• Develop branding and visual identities for campaigns and projects.
• Produce graphics for social media, websites, presentations, reports, signage, and publications.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for both print and digital distribution.
• Maintain consistency with RBCS visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate technical information visually.
• Use AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate design, ideation, image generation, and workflow automation.
• Stay current with design trends, digital communication, and emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent professional software.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Experience designing content for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to integrate AI‑powered creative tools into the design workflow.
