HR Specialist – Recruitment & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to support daily HR operations at Alragad Group, a leading importer and distributor of home appliances and electrical products in Libya. The role will focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, record‑keeping and HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate follow‑up.
• Maintain organized employee files and HR records.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests and ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for management.
• Coordinate with department heads to address staffing needs.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
• Utilize ERP systems such as Odoo to support HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in trading, distribution or corporate environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
