Instrument Commissioning Supervisor – Offshore Libya

About the role

The Instrument Commissioning Supervisor will lead all instrumentation commissioning activities on offshore facilities in Libya, ensuring safe testing, commissioning and hand‑over in line with project specifications, procedures and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all instrumentation commissioning tasks on offshore platforms, FPSOs or FLNG units.
• Ensure systems are safely tested, commissioned and handed over according to project specifications and HSE standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Monitor progress, report status and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in instrumentation commissioning on offshore oil & gas projects.
• Previous role as Instrument Commissioning Supervisor or equivalent.
• Proven experience with offshore platforms, FPSO or FLNG facilities.
• Good command of English (mandatory).
• Valid Seaman Book, BOSIET/OPITO H2S certification, valid passport and availability for offshore rotation.
