Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

Alfawares Contribution Company, a Libya-based enterprise supplying premium oils, lubricants and automotive care products through international brand partnerships, is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing & Brand Manager in Tripoli. The role develops and executes marketing and brand strategies across all business sectors, overseeing brand positioning, visual identity and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual marketing plan and budget
• Plan and manage integrated digital and traditional campaigns
• Manage social media, content and the company website
• Organize exhibitions, events and joint programs with workshops and points of sale
• Work with the Commercial Department, sales, operations and senior leadership on product launches, promotions and corporate communications
• Coordinate with supplier brands to implement their marketing strategies locally
• Manage external agencies and vendors, lead the marketing and design team, and report campaign performance and market insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Media; a Master's or recognized professional certification is an advantage
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Marketing Manager or Head of Department)
• Experience in the automotive, oils and lubricants, energy or FMCG sectors, ideally B2B or multi-sector
• Fluent Arabic and good English, with strong writing skills for marketing materials
