Multimedia & Design Specialist

About the role

The Multimedia & Design Specialist will create and produce visual content that supports Brandzo’s marketing, communication and business objectives across its retail, entertainment, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. Based on‑site in Benghazi, the role blends photography, videography, graphic design and short‑form video production for social media and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, edit and deliver high‑quality photos and videos of projects, events and daily operations.
• Produce short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Design reports, marketing collateral and visual assets that align with Brandzo’s visual identity.
• Maintain and organise the digital asset library, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager and Creative Director on campaigns and ongoing content initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong photography, videography and graphic design abilities.
• Experience creating and editing short‑form video for social media.
• Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, composition and basic audio recording.
• Ability to turn business activities, events and milestones into engaging visual stories.
• Good knowledge of social‑media content formats, digital trends and visual storytelling best practices.
