Multimedia Graphic Designer

About the role

Growthly is seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Tripoli. The role is full‑time and hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work to produce high‑quality visual content for the agency and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) including posts, stories, carousels and cover images.
• Create campaign assets based on marketing briefs, adapting designs to various formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce simple motion graphics, animated posts, video thumbnails and support the video editing team with lower thirds, title screens and branded frames.
• Develop brand‑related materials such as presentations, brochures, flyers, digital ads, pitch decks and internal documents.
• Prepare final files for digital, print and internal use, following Growthly’s naming conventions and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Strong visual design sense with the ability to translate briefs into polished assets.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending two in‑person meetings per week in Tripoli.
