The Overseas Marketing Director will lead the company’s expansion into international oil and gas markets, shaping strategy, driving key account growth, and overseeing regional operations. This senior position requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to manage complex commercial engagements across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop medium- and long‑term overseas market strategies, regional layout plans, and annual sales targets based on global industry trends and company strengths.
• Lead market penetration in core territories, engaging senior stakeholders at national oil companies, international majors, and EPC contractors to secure large‑scale deals.
• Oversee regional office and project site operations, building a network of high‑quality local agents and partners.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle—from bid strategy and proposal development to post‑award contract execution, delivery, and payment collection.
• Drive brand promotion through exhibitions, seminars, and networking events, enhancing the company’s visibility in the global oil and gas sector.

Required profile
