Strategic Marketing Manager – Multi‑Brand Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, impact‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across a multi‑project holding company. This senior role goes beyond traditional marketing, overseeing multiple brands, building scalable systems, and turning marketing spend into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Govern brand architecture, positioning, and marketing operations for several sectors, brands, and subsidiaries.
• Shift the organization from a spending mindset to an ROI‑focused culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance measurement.
• Leverage CRM, customer analytics, behavioral data, and insights to boost Customer Lifetime Value and loyalty.
• Develop and enforce marketing playbooks, processes, standards, and brand guidelines across all business units.
• Lead, develop, and mentor high‑performing marketing and creative teams operating in multiple subsidiaries.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of overall marketing experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record managing multi‑brand portfolios, preferably in destinations, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or other consumer‑facing industries.
• Strong ability to design and execute multi‑year, growth‑focused marketing strategies.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MSc in Marketing highly preferred.
