Procurement Contract Manager

About the role

The Procurement Contract Manager will lead the procurement and contract management functions for a globally recognised client, ensuring strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and compliance with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies.
• Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
• Monitor market trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct spend analysis, cost‑benefit assessments and risk evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement goals with business objectives.
• Lead negotiations for high‑value and strategic contracts.
• Implement supplier performance measurement frameworks and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Utilise technology and data analytics to enhance procurement efficiency and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Professional certification in procurement or contracts preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in procurement and contract management, including large‑scale operations.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules and procurement automation tools.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
