Product Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

ALMOASSIS is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead its home‑appliance portfolio in the Libyan market. You will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Warehousing and After‑Sales teams to drive product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned home‑appliance categories, conduct market and competitor analysis, and recommend new models.
• Prepare annual and monthly sales forecasts, purchasing plans and monitor stock levels.
• Develop pricing strategies, analyse profitability and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with international suppliers on specifications, pricing and product development, and support product launches and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product, category, sales or purchasing management, preferably in home appliances or FMCG.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills with good command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
