Product Technical Engineer

About the role

The Product Technical Engineer will support the launch and promotion of video‑surveillance solutions. You will work closely with sales, marketing and engineering teams to create technical content and represent the products at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and proof technical materials for new product launches.
• Represent the product portfolio at trade shows and industry events.
• Act as a strategic technical advisor, providing recommendations to the sales team based on customer requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical overviews, specifications and documentation for products and solutions.
• Test Dahua and competitor camera features to craft compelling marketing messages that highlight product value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales support, sales engineering or product marketing within the video‑surveillance industry.
• Strong communication skills, able to present technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Project‑management experience and ability to create visual materials and messaging.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with high‑end CCTV equipment, including storage, transmission, intercom and access‑control systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, video editing/creation tools and PowerPoint.
