Remote Motion Graphics Designer (Full‑Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our remote team on a full‑time or contract basis. You will turn concepts, scripts and storyboards into engaging animated content that supports our marketing and brand initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform static designs, scripts and storyboards into motion graphics, kinetic typography and animations.
• Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design and color grading.
• Create visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), websites and email campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters and marketers, iterating designs based on feedback.
• Maintain an organized library of reusable motion templates and project files.
• Ensure all motion deliverables follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE).
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, pacing and typography.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling heavy animation workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and incorporate feedback.
