Sales Account Manager – Libya

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive B2B sales of our networking and security solutions across Libya. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of our solutions and communicate their value to customers.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities, positioning our products as the preferred choice.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and monitor interactions through digital channels.
• Generate high‑quality leads, conduct partner meetings and follow‑ups to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vendor solutions, market trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Prepare account plans, forecasts and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent the company at vendor meetings, partner enablement events and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience selling networking solutions, IP surveillance, access control or related technologies, either directly or through channel partners.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing channel partners.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
