Sales Engineer – Well Testing & EPF

About the role

The Sales Engineer – Well Testing & EPF is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tripoli, Libya. You will provide technical expertise on well testing and early production facilities to support sales activities, preparing proposals, technical presentations, and tailored solution recommendations for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers, respond to technical inquiries, and coordinate demonstrations or site visits.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to scope services, select equipment, and assess project feasibility.
• Support tender processes, maintain accurate sales and technical documentation, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related) or equivalent technical experience in oil and gas well services.
• Field‑based or on‑site experience in the energy sector, preferably in North Africa or similar environments.
• Proven sales engineering background with experience in well testing and early production facilities.
