Senior Process Engineer

About the role

RIDA Technical Services is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Tripoli office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on designing, optimizing and controlling processes for oil, gas, energy and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical and industrial processes.
• Develop and maintain process control systems.
• Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead process‑engineering initiatives and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in process design and engineering.
• Proficiency in process control and system‑control method development.
• Exceptional analytical abilities for process improvement.
• Background in chemical engineering with solid knowledge of industry standards.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in the oil, gas or energy sector is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
