Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment function in Misrata, Libya. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent that aligns with our business strategy and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies across multiple business functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with business leaders to define workforce requirements and create the Group Annual Recruitment Plan.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate databases using diverse sourcing channels.
• Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill, Cost‑per‑Hire, Quality of Hire, and Recruitment Efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and approval workflows.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high‑caliber talent.
• Conduct job analysis and continuously update job descriptions.
• Review organizational structures and recommend improvements to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
• Excellent interviewing, competency‑based assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
