Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Marie France Libya is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the First Mall, Tripoli branch. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring the store reflects brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to increase average transaction value.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and experience.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and product availability.
• Prepare and review daily sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with management on promotions, campaigns, staffing, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably fashion, lingerie, beauty, or women’s apparel.
• Previous supervisory or store management experience.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with focus on customer service.
• Ability to work with sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
